I got my keffiyeh on the 19th of October, even thos I had bought & paid for it on the 8th for shipping between 3-5 days (or so I expected). Didn't turn up, so I waited, it was only that day (19/10/24) that I decided to look inside my bin, only to find my package there. Evri did not notify me that both delivered nor that it was in the bin. The quality's ex excellent, and I'm learning how to wear it more often now but yeah, 4 stars bc mainly delivery was bad. I don't blame you guys, I blame Evri for it. Free Palestine 🇵🇸🫱🏽🫲🏼🏴

The Scarf is really nice, and so is the packaging (thankfully). But the reason this is a 3 is bc it was left in my bin for what's got to be at least a week, and when I asked about it via customer services (because Evri didn't tell me that it was delivered), they were quite offish by saying it was me who put the wrong address. I am quite disappointed with the customer services but at least I have the scarf and it didn't go out with the binmen!
